With the UAE Golden Visa, foreign nationals can live, work, open a business, and enroll in school without needing a local sponsor. Additionally, 100% ownership of a business within the UAE is permitted for foreign investors and business owners. The Golden Visa is automatically renewed after 5 to 10 years of issuance. Sponsor Documents
- Passport and a current residency visa or an EID personal photo are required.
- Screenshot of the "Tenancy" Nomination Approval
- Lease Contract
- Income Tax Certificate
- Labor contract if the applicant is working in the "Private Sector"
- Health insurance card
- Money Receipt
Documents of Dependent
- Passport and current residency visa of the Dependent
- Emirates ID required
- Health insurance card with your picture on it
- Medical test receipt (Visa Fit) for dependents over the age of 18
- Children's Birth Certificates with Attestations
- Marital Certificates with Attestations
